allows users to download exclusive dwi simfiles for Stepmania. Other stuff can and probably will be added for those who enjoy
other things, like emulators and roms. Remember the disclaimer about owning the game or deleting file after 24 hours? Better
do it, because it's illegal to not follow those rules. But you don't have to worry about it until we decide what to add.
